• Collaborating: The goal is to find a solution that works all around; to find a “win-win.”
• Compromising: The goal is to give and take, to find a middle ground.
• Avoiding: The goal is to put off or avoid addressing the conflict.
• Accommodating: The goal is to satisfy the needs of others.
