This report package provides a thorough and detailed analysis of teams both large and small. You'll receive two reports for each employee, to understand both individual contributions to your team and the group's dynamic as a whole.

Your MBTI Interpretive Report for Organizations analyzes each employee's individual personality. You'll get a detailed description of their work style, as well as information on potential pitfalls, communication style, leadership, and preferred work environment. Discover untapped potential in your employees, and help them to create meaningful development plans.

Your MBTI Team Report, also published for each employee, analyzes the aggregate personality of your team and maps each member against this group dynamic. You'll see the strengths of your team as a whole, and your potential weaknesses. You'll also see why some people may feel their contributions aren't appreciated, and why some voices are heard more than others. Each report includes a targeted action plan for team development.

All purchases include a phone or e-mail consultation session for each testing participant, to assist in understanding and interpreting the results. Price listed is per person.
